Devotion of the Day

The prayer of a child for a sick mother. Fellow Christian believers in French Polynesia. An entire day spent quilting.  Evangelistic plans to reach the cities of the world. Hiking into the canyons of Ein Gedi.  Substitute teachers who turn out to be interesting!  Company that goes home early! Company that stays til the candles burn out. An infant's fascination with mobiles. Oreo cookies. August ski trips to New Zealand. Two weeks at a spa.  Someone to remove the roadblock for you. Teachers who refuse to tolerate cheating. Being content with what you have. Souffles that don't fall before you get them to the table. Earthquake survivors.  Finding enough film left in the camera [today it's more like space on a digital camera!] Symphonies punctuated by cymbals. Pastors who are truly faithful to their members. Those who are called to share their gospel to Muslims.  A deep sense of moral responsibility.
