The WCC brings together a regionally and confessionally diverse group of young people to participate in leadership training seminars, and to serve at WCC governing body meetings.
Camp in the Community, Wilderness Camp and Board Spirituality are planned, directed and delivered by a vast paid and volunteer team. Our Mentor Team are motivated by their desire to share their passions and to see children, young people and elders grow in the experience and understanding of God and expressions of spirituality in an environment that allows for fun, exploration and questions.

Sorrento Centre is excited to be hosting a week of Family Camp, August 5-11, 2012. This week is being sponsored by the Dioceses of British Columbia, New Westminster, Kootenay, Anglican Parishes of the Central Interior (APCI), Calgary and Edmonton.
Families are invited to journey together through worship, song, play, and stories learning and sharing how we connect our spiritual life with our daily life.
Well today is my last day of work. I wanted to take this opportunity while no ones around! To say thank you to all the staff at the Diocese Office. They are a really great bunch of people to work with. I have made and gained some new friends in my Circle! You will be missed and aprpeciated for all that you do here, as I have been able to take and learn what you have taught me.

The Parish of Salt Spring has graciously agreed to host a Gulf Islands Day Camp on July 23rd through 27th. The Gulf Islands Camp was moved from the original location on Pender due to complications arising from hosting on the smaller island. Many thanks to Rev. Stetson, lay leaders, and volunteers from Salt Spring Island for your support and willingness to host what is sure to be an epic week.
Camp Columbia work weekends which had been scheduled for March 9-11 and April 20-22 are cancelled following suspension of Camp Columbia. Given health and safety concerns, the facilities cannot be used to host volunteers until future notice. However, repair of the water chlorination system is underway. The Bishop is appointing a Task Team for visioning the future of Camp Columbia.
